ABOUT RDU PAVING, INC: Established in 2003, RDU Paving, Inc. has become one of the most respected paving companies in the Raleigh area. We are a NCDOT Prequalified Paving Company and WBE Certified contractor providing commercial asphalt paving in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas. Jeanette Lundholm
Jeanette is the sole owner and President of RDU Paving, Inc. Jeanette possesses numerous years of management experience and handles all aspects of company operations. Jeanette is OSHA 30 hour certified and attends classes annually at the National Pavement Expo. Jeanette has also completed the Women’s Executive Education Leadership Series at the UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. In addition, she has completed numerous courses within North Carolina State University’s Construction Management Program. She previously served on the City of Raleigh’s MWBE Review Panel.
Jennifer Lundholm
Vice President, Jennifer plays a major role in the management and strategy of the company. Jennifer has a B.S.B.A and M.B.A from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Jennifer is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina with real estate development experience. She is the qualifier for the Building and Highway Licenses.
Chris Lundholm
Chris is the Operations Manager for RDU Paving, Inc. He graduated from Northwest Vista College of the Alamo Colleges in San Antonio, Texas. Chris manages all field employees and subcontractors as well as the equipment fleet. He is also the acting Safety Director and is OSHA 30 certified. In addition, Chris has completed the Fundamentals of Construction Project Management within Raleigh’s North Carolina State University’s Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering Department.
